Kiyomizu-dera is justly famed for its terrace reaching out over the valley and the cherry blossoms below.  This, combined with its spectacular position overlooking Kyoto, makes it an inevitable tourist attraction.  So another jolly day fighting through the masses, further enhanced by the photogenic scaffolding.

Oh dear, I will apparently have to return here as well!
