Normally I do not go for "official viewing points" whose primary intention seems to be that of getting you to park somewhere convenient, rather than actually being a particularly interesting viewpoint. In this case it is different. Not that the car park is inconvenient, but that the views are spectacular and photography facilitated by provision of a rather ugly, but useful concrete tower to give you an almost 360 degree panorama.
