Another of the villas with agricultural wings, plus a stepped ramp leading to the front portico, originally serving a dual function as threshing floor.  Unfortunately covered in preparation for an evening concert, but at least the building seems to be fairly well used, even if occupied partly by a bank.  Behind the shiny facade the rear and side elevations are covered in greying mould, rather sad.
