Comillas

There is of course, much more to Comillas than El Capricho, one of Gaudi's earlier works, but the weather was lousy so I decided to come back another day for the rest of the town. Interestingly enough (for me at least) is the fact that Gaudi apparently never even visited Comillas nor met his client, so amazing to think that even in the days before instant communication, it was possible to produce drawings which could result in an admittedly somewhat bizarre edifice so well fitting its site.
